To be used as part of the Mela Peel Treatment protocol, to treat pigment spots and melasma.
Results after 8 weeks of Mela Cream used twice daily, along with Dermaceutic Foamer 15 Cleanser, C25 Cream, and K Ceutic. Pigmentation spots are less visible and overall complexion is unified.
Apply once a day on the full face, focusing especially on the pigmented areas. If Retinol had never been used before, begin 2 times a week, increasing frequency progressively. 3 month treatment recommended.
Caution: You may experience a tingling sensation, redness and slight desquamation (peeling). Reduce the frequency of use if you feel discomfort. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Avoid use by children under the age of 3. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. May cause allergic reaction on sensitive skin. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Ingredients
Kojic Acid, Arbutin and Licorice Extract Inhibit the production of melanin by blocking the action of tyrosinase.
Niacinamide Helps lighten skin and improve elasticity.
Retinol Stimulates the renewal of skin cells and regulates the migration and transformation of keratinocytes.
Salicylic Acid Causes a keratolytic action that reduces intercorneocyte cohesion, and destroys lipids that bind the outer cells of the epidermis.
Phytic Acid Lightening and antioxidant agent.
Mandelic Acid Is known to diminish the appearance of fine lines by acting as a humectant and its exfoliating action breaks the bond between dead skin cells
